AXIOM-X

Governed AI control plane and evidence infrastructure

Govern machine and agent activity through bounded authority, policy evaluation, enforcement, continuous evidence collection, and reconstructable decision receipts.

Operator: Cyberellum Technologies & Laboratory

Operational

Private Core1 runtime, core governance chain, Cell 2, NAVPOL, CITADEL, reconciliation, telemetry, receipt API and QChain connectivity.

Operational w/ constraints

Mission Lock, sHSM, recursive learning, advisory model integration, VISTA and memory services.

Unverified

Full production security closure, model runtime execution, estate-wide end-to-end enforcement, external customer adoption, scalability, disaster recovery and commercial metrics.

Not claimed

Technical Differentiation
  • Decisions are divided among policy, constitutional and enforcement authorities
  • Missing or malformed governance evidence is intended to fail closed
  • Advisory AI models do not possess independent execution authority
  • Machine actions can produce reconstructable governance receipts
  • Private organ endpoints reduce unnecessary public attack surface
  • Identity, credential metadata, telemetry and infrastructure state feed governance
  • Scheduled reconciliation and mission-lock mechanisms monitor architectural drift
Current Limitations
  • VISTA is a receipt harness without a real VSLAM runtime
  • GPT-OSS runtime is configured but not verified
  • Core1 lacks capacity for the proposed local GPT-OSS 20B runtime
  • sHSM performs real cryptographic operations against simulated infrastructure configuration
  • Recursive learning remains shadow/propose-only
  • Several Mission Lock schemas remain conceptual
  • Mission Lock reports an AttributeError for its roadmap backlog artifact
  • Mem-Stack service is running, but application-level health is unverified
  • Core Control Plane reports that final security work is deferred
  • Commercial adoption, revenue, customer retention and market traction were not examined
Investor Interpretation

AXIOM-X currently demonstrates a functioning private governance-control architecture with deliberate separation of authority and live evidence services. The strongest diligence asset is its operational control-plane foundation and receipt-oriented design. The primary investment risk is the remaining distance between that working foundation and fully hardened, independently validated, commercially proven production deployment.
